Owner - Roger Ciliberto

Roger has spent 20 +years leading sales team's  selling SaaS. Originally from Upstate NY, he began his career at 3M  company and has held many roles building and leading teams in both New  York, Boston and later the Florida market.

Roger has spent 20 +years leading sales team's  selling SaaS. Originally from Upstate NY, he began his career at 3M  company and has held many roles building and leading teams in both New  York, Boston and later the Florida market.


In  Boston, he worked for a startup called TrueAdvantage which delivered a  SaaS lead gen software to companies in need of sales leads. After two  successful years, he was asked to open a remote branch in Rochester, NY  where his team outsold the corporate location almost twofold.

After  TrueAdvantage endured a series of setbacks, new ownership relocated Roger  back to Massachusetts in 2005 to set up an Inside Sales team at the new  Corporate HQ in Southborough, MA.  He was then appointed VP of Sales.


Roger left TrueAdvantage in January 2008 and joined Reed Business Interactive (‘RBI’), a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier.


At  Reed, he was hired to build an inside sales team focusing on securing  online ads for this publishing and marketing firm. He built a team of ten  reps. The inside team grew to 18 by mid-2009 and continued its success.  Reed eventually announced the pending sale of RBI in 2009 and  eventually began to sell off parts of his organization which led him to  seek new opportunities.

At Avention, (formerly OneSource), he  continued to lead a new business sales organization in selling SaaS  which leverages Sales 2.0 and partnerships. His team, increased revenue  quarter over quarter as Avention continued to release new products and  cutting edge solutions to help sales organizations achieve quotas.


After  a brief stay at NetBrain where he built an enterprise sales team of 10, he  launched the new US sales team for Companybook in 2016. 


From there he joined Sprout, which was a CRM and marketing software that catered to cannabis dispensaries nationwide.  Sprout was sold to WM Technologies in 2021.  After this successful exit, Roger began helping organizations such as Silverthorn Country Club, St. Frances Xavier Cabrini and others with their marketing needs. Today he continues to help organizations with their online presence and marketing needs.
